天气很热，一只乌鸦飞了很久，口渴得要命。
tiān qì hěn rè yì zhī wū yā fēi le hěn jiǔ kǒu kě de yào mìng
It was a very hot day. A crow had been flying for a long time and was terribly thirsty.
它到处找水喝，终于看见地上有一个瓶子。
tā dào chù zhǎo shuǐ hē zhōng yú kàn jiàn dì shang yǒu yí gè píng zi
It looked everywhere for water and at last spotted a bottle on the ground.
瓶子里有水，可是水太少了，瓶口又小。
píng zi lǐ yǒu shuǐ kě shì shuǐ tài shǎo le píng kǒu yòu xiǎo
There was water in the bottle, but only a little, and the neck of the bottle was narrow.
乌鸦把嘴伸进去，怎么也喝不着。
wū yā bǎ zuǐ shēn jìn qù zěn me yě hē bu zháo
The crow pushed its beak inside, but no matter how it tried, it couldn't reach the water.
乌鸦想了想，看见旁边有很多小石子，就想出了一个好办法。
wū yā xiǎng le xiǎng kàn jiàn páng biān yǒu hěn duō xiǎo shí zǐ jiù xiǎng chū le yí gè hǎo bàn fǎ
The crow thought for a while. It saw lots of little pebbles nearby and came up with a good idea.

It dropped the pebbles into the bottle, one at a time.
