星期六早上，天气晴朗，爸爸带我和弟弟去公园放风筝。
xīng qī liù zǎo shang tiān qì qíng lǎng bà ba dài wǒ hé dì di qù gōng yuán fàng fēng zheng
On Saturday morning the weather was bright and sunny, so Dad took my little brother and me to the park to fly a kite.
我们的风筝是一只大蝴蝶，有红色和黄色的翅膀。
wǒ men de fēng zheng shì yì zhī dà hú dié yǒu hóng sè hé huáng sè de chì bǎng
Our kite was a big butterfly with red and yellow wings.
弟弟拉着线跑来跑去，可是风筝飞不起来。
dì di lā zhe xiàn pǎo lái pǎo qù kě shì fēng zheng fēi bu qǐ lái
My brother ran back and forth pulling the string, but the kite wouldn't go up.
他着急地说：“爸爸，怎么办？”
tā zháo jí de shuō bà ba zěn me bàn
He said anxiously, “Dad, what should we do?”
爸爸笑着说：“别急，我们要等风来。”
