八月九日是新加坡的国庆日，我们全家穿上红白两色的衣服，一早就出门了。

The ninth of August is Singapore's National Day. Our whole family put on red and white clothes and set off early in the morning.
海湾对面的大楼上挂满了国旗，在风中高高飘扬。
hǎi wān duì miàn de dà lóu shàng guà mǎn le guó qí zài fēng zhōng gāo gāo piāo yáng
The buildings across the bay were hung all over with flags, flying high in the wind.
傍晚，我们来到海湾边，那里早已人山人海，热闹极了。

In the evening we reached the bay. It was already packed with people and full of life.
