下了一场大雨，我和哥哥不能出去玩。
xià le yì chǎng dà yǔ wǒ hé gē ge bù néng chū qù wán
There was a heavy downpour, so my big brother and I couldn't go out to play.
哥哥拿来两张纸，教我折纸船。
gē ge ná lái liǎng zhāng zhǐ jiāo wǒ zhé zhǐ chuán
My brother fetched two sheets of paper and taught me to fold paper boats.
不久，雨停了，地上有一个大大的水坑。
bù jiǔ yǔ tíng le dì shang yǒu yí gè dà dà de shuǐ kēng
Soon the rain stopped, and there was a big puddle on the ground.
我们把纸船轻轻地放进水坑里。
