今天是我第一次上游泳课。
jīn tiān shì wǒ dì yī cì shàng yóu yǒng kè
Today was my very first swimming lesson.
看着蓝蓝的池水，我的腿一直在发抖。
kàn zhe lán lán de chí shuǐ wǒ de tuǐ yì zhí zài fā dǒu
Looking at the bright blue water, my legs wouldn't stop shaking.
李教练笑着对我说：“别怕，我会扶着你。”
Lǐ jiào liàn xiào zhe duì wǒ shuō bié pà wǒ huì fú zhe nǐ
Coach Li smiled and said to me, “Don't be scared. I'll hold you.”
我抱着浮板，慢慢地走进了水里。
wǒ bào zhe fú bǎn màn màn de zǒu jìn le shuǐ lǐ
Holding on to a float, I slowly walked into the water.

In the end, I swam all the way to the other side of the pool!
